Our silver rum starts with natural sugar cane juice that is dehydrated and rendered into 100% natural raw sugar called panela. Next we mash, ferment, and distill on our pot still. This delivers a rich creamy textured rum with notes of brown sugar, over ripe bananas, citrus peel, and wafts of vanilla on the finish! It is excellent for tropical drinks and perfect for a rum and coke.
Toasted Coconut Rum
This delicious toasted coconut rum features all natural ingredients. It is smooth tasting with fresh tropical flavor, a toasted buttery smell, and a bit of pie crust on the finish. Drink it over ice or try it in your favorite fruity cocktail. It goes with just about anything!
Cold Brew Espresso Rum
This rum was crafted by consulting a local roaster from Black Cat Coffee in Titusville, Florida. The distiller selected a blend of Brazilian and Honduran beans for their balanced flavor, combined with our silver rum and Madagascar vanilla. It’s a rich coffee flavor with a light mocha finish. It’s delicious by itself or mix it with our toasted coconut rum. We promise you won’t regret it!
